- For swimwear, we recommend something tight-fitting like Lycra bike shorts for maximum comfort but normal shorts or swim togs will work.
- Towel to dry yourself afterwards.

We will require at least 24 HOURS NOTICE if you need to cancel or reschedule your lessons. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the cost of the lesson.
A lesson may be cancelled or postponed if we deem the conditions to be too dangerous and unsafe for our students, participants, and staff. In which case a reschedule, credit, or full refund will be provided for your lesson.
